Michael Brozzetti is President of Cashare Technologies, Inc., where he leads the development of neutral market infrastructure for consumer credit designed to support transparency, responsible data governance, and regulatory alignment.

An accomplished executive and entrepreneur, Michael brings over two decades of experience across financial services, technology, and enterprise risk management. He has held senior roles at leading professional services firms and has advised global enterprises on building audit, risk, and compliance programs that strengthen integrity, performance, and resilience.

Internationally recognized for his work in auditing, risk management, governance, compliance, fraud, and ethics, 

Michael has been invited to speak, publish, and teach across industry forums and academic institutions. He also brings hands-on operational and entrepreneurial experience from building client-focused service businesses and regularly lectures on corporate governance, internal audit transformation, and ethical leadership.
